All returns are to be processed within the 14 days for you to be entitled to a refund otherwise a store credit will be issued.
All returns are to be in the same condition as you received it.
We do not offer return shipping costs on change of mind or exchanges.
We do not offer refunds on swimwear, homewares, accessories including belts, jewellery, scarves or items that do not require to be tried on or one size fits most items unless faulty.

Please Note: If Full Priced or Sale items are faulty when received we expect a photograph within 7 days to advise so we can take action to assist if you want a refund. For all other returns outside of 14 days you will be issued a Store Voucher to the same value.
