REFUND POLICY
Choose a Store Credit over a Refund and we will gift you an $15 to spend!

We do not accept returns outside of 30 days.
Please make sure your return is sent back within this timeframe.

- Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in original condition.
- Returns are at the customer’s expense.
- You must return the item within 10 days of receiving your Return Number – otherwise, a store credit will be automatically issued.
- If an item is returned damaged or worn, no refund will be given, and the garment will be sent back to you.

 

REFUNDS & PROMOS

-If you used a promo code or received a discount, that amount won’t be refunded.
It also won’t carry over if you return a replacement order.
- If you received Free Shipping, this will be deducted from your refund.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable.
- Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your refund or store credit once we’ve received your item.

AFTERPAY RETURNS

Orders purchased with Afterpay payment method are valid for refunds (provided they meet our returns terms and conditions), however please do note it will  incur a 5% fee that will be deducted from your refund to cover service fees incurred from Afterpay. This 5% Fee is inclusive of GST and will be deducted from the total purchase cost of the items being returned.This fee will not be incurred if you opt for an online credit note. Afterpay operates as their own company and any payment queries are to be directed to them. Purchasing products through Afterpay is valid for New Zealand and Australian residents..


LOST ITEMS

We will issue you a Gift Card for your total amount if we cannot replaced.

  

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY

We are sorry if you received an item that was not perfect.

We will meet our obligations under the Australian consumer law which may include replacing, repairing or refunding once we receive the item back. It is at our discretion what we choose. In some cases we will not require some items to be returned, please ensure you receive clear instructions first.
