RETURN POLICY
We do no accept any returns outside of 30 days.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the return is sent back within this time frame.
You must return the item within 10 days of receiving your Return Number - otherwise, a store credit will be automatically issued.
- Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in original condition.
- Returns are at the customer’s expense.
- Shipping costs are non refundable.
- If an item is returned damaged or worn, no refund will be given, and the garment will be sent back to you.
- For any orders made using sign up promotion code the discount amount will not be refunded.
Promotions, Promotion Codes:
- Any orders made using a promotion code discounts are eligible for store credit only.
- If your order received FREE SHIPPING the shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.
Store Credit & Gift Cards:
- We offer our customers an extra $15 on their order total if they choose Store Credit over a Refund. This amount will not be refunded & the amount will not accumulate or carry over if you return a replacement order.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable
*Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your refund or store credit once we’ve received your item.
Cancellations:
We offer cancellations on online orders made the same day, however for any cancellations a $9.95 Handling & Afterpay Fee will be taken from the order amount.
You have 14 days from receiving your parcel to contact us via the
online returns centre here.
LOST ITEMS
We will issue you a Gift Card for your total amount if we cannot replaced.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY
We are sorry if you received an item that was not perfect.

We are happy to offer you a store credit or exchange on purchases in store, we do not offer refunds in store unless faulty.
All Sale items are final and we do not accept returns in store.
We will meet our obligations under the Australian consumer law which may include replacing, repairing or refunding once we receive the item back. It is at our discretion what we choose. In some cases we will not require some items to be returned, please ensure you receive clear instructions first.
