- Returns are at the customer’s expense.
Orders purchased with Afterpay payment method are valid for refunds (provided they meet our returns terms and conditions), however please do note it will incur a 5% fee that will be deducted from your refund to cover service fees incurred from Afterpay. This 5% Fee is inclusive of GST and will be deducted from the total purchase cost of the items being returned. This fee will not be incurred if you opt for an online credit note. Afterpay operates as their own company and any payment queries are to be directed to them. Purchasing products through Afterpay is valid for New Zealand and Australian residents..

We are happy to offer you a store credit or exchange on purchases in store, we do not offer refunds in store unless faulty.
All Sale items are final and we do not accept returns in store.
We will meet our obligations under the Australian consumer law which may include replacing, repairing or refunding once we receive the item back. It is at our discretion what we choose. In some cases we will not require some items to be returned, please ensure you receive clear instructions first.
