Alexander the co founder of cult label Antipodean Co was born in Melbourne. Wanting fashion to be something that people can escape the daily grind and wear a fun print and show their personality, Antipodean was born.
Noelle stepped in after covid lock down and is a passionate advocate against fast fashion, sweat shop labour and plastic use – and Antipodean Co. decided that we would make a product that was not just fun and up-lifting to those wearing our super fun swim shorts and others around them, but that we would go further and make swim shorts in a way that minimises our impact on the environment, and ensure that the people making our swim shorts benefit from a fair wage and acceptable working conditions.
As people are becoming more eco-conscious of their purchases, we are so pleased to be able to offer the choice of buying better! Our swim shorts are made to look good now and in time to come. Our swim shorts were also designed to put a smile on your face.
