ANTIPODEAN

Alexander the co founder of cult label Antipodean Co was born in Melbourne. Wanting fashion to be something that people can escape the daily grind and wear a fun print and show their personality, Antipodean was born.

Noelle stepped in after covid lock down and is a passionate advocate against fast fashion, sweat shop labour and plastic use – and Antipodean Co. decided that we would make a product that was not just fun and up-lifting to those wearing our super fun swim shorts and others around them, but that we would go further and make swim shorts in a way that minimises our impact on the environment, and ensure that the people making our swim shorts benefit from a fair wage and acceptable working conditions.

As people are becoming more eco-conscious of their purchases, we are so pleased to be able to offer the choice of buying better! Our swim shorts are made to look good now and in time to come. Our swim shorts were also designed to put a smile on your face.

Avy & Co

Avy and Co was established in 2018 by Australian designer Bree Haxell, with the aim of collaborating with Artisans across a range of disciplines, to create a small and carefully curated body of work that exudes quality, pride and skill in handcrafted objects.

We collaborate with independent Balinese artisans, and small family run studios who employ the same slow-fashion, no waste, full circle ideology. We place the utmost value on ethical and sustainable practices, choosing to use only natural raw materials and producing in small numbers to minimise waste. We create pieces that last a lifetime, and advocate thoughtful, and conscious consumption. We reject mass factory production, and return the work back into the hands of skilled craftsmen and women.

In collaboration, we create everyday pieces. Relaxed, comfortable, soft and sensuous, that are imbued with an understated elegance. Designed to be timeless and seasonless; worn day through night, season to season, and year upon year.

All of our garments are made with natural fibres, pure linens, hemp, silk, and soft cottons. They are designed for comfortable wearing, one size and oversized. They are French seamed, with a focus on quality and longevity. We wash our final garments so that they arrive soft to touch and ready to wear.

Our bags are made with chrome-free leather, locally sourced and tanned within Indonesia. Designed to be highly functional, and strong for everyday use.

Our jewellery is designed with undulating organic forms, echoing the character of archaic bronze jewellery. Each piece is individually forged with hammer and flame, each slightly different with its own unique personality. We use the highest quality nickel free bronze, which is presented with a polished finish.

We ship to you directly from our Bali Studio, using Global DHL Express.
