Getting lost in the picture perfect postcard that is Santorini. A dream come true that really did live up to it's 'wow' reputation. I don't think I have ever seen so much beauty as what I have in the 10 minute walk along the coast from Finikia to Oia. White washed buildings set into the cliffside with plunge pools galore looking onto a calm blue ocean. Mesmerising! Dining in Santorini was also nothing short of the views it had to offer with Katharos Lounge going to the top spot. The other side to Santorini is the unique black sand beaches, lined with restaurants and equally beautiful views, ready to give you a more relaxing break from the busy tourist hot spots where you can soak up the European sun. - Words from Chelsey Rouen.
