Gold Coast residents can collect their orders directly from us at our Store located in Palm Beach, QLD on notification of Ready for Collection.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

In the rare event that your parcel is lost or stolen after investigation through our shipping company we will do our best to replace the item/s. If they cannot be replaced we will issue a credit note. We do not offer refunds on lost/stolen items.

Please note in limited cases, if you are purchasing an extremely light or heavy item you may be contacted via email and shipping charges can vary.

If you do not love your purchase or the item is faulty and you wish to return it please proceed to our Online Returns Centre and complete the form.

We are delighted to offer you an extra $15 to spend if you choose a store credit instead of a refund on sized full price items.

All returns are to be processed within the 14 days for you to be entitled to a refund otherwise a store credit will be issued.

All returns are to be in the same condition as you received it.

We do not offer return shipping costs.

We do not offer refunds on swimwear, homewares, accessories including belts, jewellery, scarves or items that do not require to be tried on or one size fits most items unless faulty.

All sale items are final including promotional discounts unless faulty.

Please Note: If Full Priced or Sale items are faulty when received we expect a photograph within 4 days to advise so we can take action to assist if you want a refund. For all other returns outside of 14 days you will be issued a Store Voucher to the same value.
