White Bohemian use Better Packaging satchels for most orders. They are compostable at home, biodegradable with no toxic residues and are partly made from plants.

All International orders will be shipped using Australia Post International Shipping. We will carefully select from Standard and Express Courier depending on your items weight and promise to offer the best shipping solution.
Delivery times will vary according to your location and the delivery schedule of Australia Post. Please allow from 7-14 working days. We strongly recommend you email us about PARCEL INSURANCE for all International shipping, if your parcel goes missing or breaks you will be covered. White Bohemian takes no responsibility if you do not purchase it. Email: wbcare@whitebohemian.com.au to purchase once your order is made.
White Bohemian is legally required to declare the full value paid on parcels and must declare the full amount paid, we strongly recommend contacting your local custom office for further information and charges.
Please ensure you enter the correct address and someone is there to collect as White Bohemian is not responsible for return shipping to Australia and you will be charged $25 in this rare event. We do offer refunds if your parcel is returned but offer you a Store credit less the original shipping cost.
In the rare event that your parcel is lost or stolen, we require the customer to lodge an investigation via Australia Post and will also do the same from our end. We will endeavour to replace your item once the investigation is finished and if we cannot replace the item we will offer you a store credit, we do not offer refunds on lost or stolen items. Our packages are weighed & charged by Australia Post services, every item ordered is weighed individually to ensure we are sending the correct items to our customers and this is a safe way to ensure you get your items.

We are happy to offer a Store Credit for every other item that is not full priced clothing or shoes.
If you wish to return an item you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to contact us via the online returns centre (link below). Please ensure the item is returned in the original condition. Outside of this you will be entitled to a store credit. We do accept returns outside of 30 days. Please ensure we receive your item back within 10 days of issuing you a Return Number.
* During the Christmas season our exchange policy will be extended until January 15th 2020
We are happy to offer you a store credit or exchange on purchases in store, we do not offer refunds in store unless faulty. All Sale items are final and we do not accept returns in store.
We are happy to exchange, please email customer care within 14 days and we can hold the item until we receive your returned item. You will need to include a self addressed satchel or will be charged standard shipping cost. Please ensure all items returned are in original condition.

We are sorry it an item you received was not perfect. Please follow the returns process below and send us a photo to wbcare@whitebohemian.com.au within 4 days of receiving your parcel. We will meet our obligations under the Australian consumer law which may include replacing, repairing or refunding once we receive the item back.

We are happy to offer you a $9.95 Store Credit for return shipping if we have posted you a faulty item.
Sale items (including discounted flash sales & codes) cannot be returned for a refund, but can be returned for an exchange or store credit. Items reduced 50% and over are final and cannot be returned at all.
We do not offer return shipping costs.
